What It Takes
What It Takes
Hard Work Ethic
Building a business takes energy, commitment, and drive. The two most valid predictors of future success are your past achievements and your ability to perform upon request. If you meet this criterion, it doesn’t matter what your current industry is – medical, teaching, sales, staffing, etc., you can succeed in owning your own business.
Hands-On Mindset
Are you willing to pick up the shovel and jump in the trenches? Being an active participator alongside your team, managing by doing, this is CRITICAL.
Altruistic Leadership
Do you thrive on helping others? Successful companies are all about helping their employees, their customers, and their community. Helping others solve problems and build dreams is the fuel that keeps them moving upward and onward.
Do YOU have what it takes to build a successful company in a multi-billion-dollar industry?
